Robots used in forging processes, within blast furnaces, can only operate within a specific temperature range (between 40 and 50 degrees). To avoid downtime in your molding and forging processes, it’s essential to use a robust robot protective cover that can also be ventilated, if necessary, to cool the motors.

During forming, incandescent parts may fall onto the robot and damage its surface or unprotected cables. Furthermore, your robot needs to be shielded from radiant heat.
