  • Velcro and snap button openings for quick and easy access to the robot

With over 35 years of experience in the field of robot protection, ASP provides comprehensive protection for robots in spraying applications, safeguarding them against fluids or dust generated during cutting, enameling, demolding, or painting processes. This is where our protective covers come in, providing reliable protection for these robots, which are generally 6-axis and made by a variety of manufacturers.

Since our inception, ASP has designed reliable and customized protection for robots from brands such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, UNIVERSAL ROBOT, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, COMAU, and more. There are different types of robot, depending on the application and payload capacity.

ASP fabrics such as Torcal B+, T1A, and the cost-effective FPB fabric are resistant to cooling lubricants, paints, and varnishes. The specific coatings applied to these fabrics, along with welded seams, ensure they are waterproof and durable.

For spraying robots, the primary objective of the protective cover is to prevent the ingress of aggressive products in order to avoid robot breakdown and consequent stoppage of the production line. Quick access to the robot is crucial for maintenance during emergency shutdowns. The covers are designed with Velcro openings and snap buttons, enabling easy, fast, and efficient fitting and removal.

We develop our robot protection systems in collaboration with our experienced technical draftsmen, ensuring that the cover design aligns with the installed equipment and robot trajectories.
